В 2011 году появилась информация о том, что Foxconn собирается замещать своих работников роботами. Компания заявила что почти закончила тестирование, и очень скоро будут запущены 10000 единиц.
Foxconn является основным производителем устройств на iOS от Apple, и неоднократно всплывали скандалы, вокруг бесчеловечного отношения к работникам завода. К счастью, роботы не имеют права, поэтому сверхурочные переработки теперь Foxconn будут не страшны.
