Foxconn хочет поменять своих работников на роботов, с целью, что дроиды смогут выполнить все условия заказчика с безжалостной эффективностью.
Такое заявление сделал Генеральный Директор Тайваньской фирмы Терри Гоу на недавней встрече акционеров, заявив, что каждый "foxbots" сможет собирать по 30000 устройств.
В 2011 году появилась информация о том, что Foxconn собирается замещать своих работников роботами. Компания заявила что почти закончила тестирование, и очень скоро будут запущены 10000 единиц.
Foxconn является основным производителем устройств на iOS от Apple, и неоднократно всплывали скандалы, вокруг бесчеловечного отношения к работникам завода. К счастью, роботы не имеют права, поэтому сверхурочные переработки теперь Foxconn будут не страшны.
По последним данным, около 100 000 сотрудников в последнее время было принято на работу в Faxconn, которые должны помочь в сборке следующего телефона от Apple, запуск iPhone 6 запланирован на сентябрь 2014 года.
